HOLTOP win 3.6 million renminbi project, Beijing Art Profession College Classroom Building

In OCT.12th, Wuhan office release good news, the office sign contract of Beijing Art Profession College Classroom Building, total purchase 88 sets of air handing equipments, total amount 3.6 million, rank the second single biggest order in 2013, till now this is the 17th single order that is above 1 million this year.

Project Introduction:

This project located at Anfu street, Houshagu town, Shunyi Dist. Beijing, China. Project occupy 730,000 square meters, total construction area 1,450,000 square meter, total investment 300 million Yuan. The construction building include: office building, classroom building, dormitory, church and relevant building for teaching

Relative heat recovery air handling units (AHU) amount 1.69 million.

The projects use double stack heat recovery AHU, the function section of AHU include outdoor air fan section, filter section, rotary heat exchanger section, coil section, exhaust air section. 

Considering the cost and actual requirement of the project, the fan adopt strap driven fan, although there are options for centrifugal fan, VDF fan or plug fan etc... 

Rotary heat exchanger saves a lot of coil capacity, the recovery efficiency reach 70%

Coil adopt 4 row type tube. 

AHU structure is double skin injected with 25mm PU foaming material, ensures good thermal insulation performance. 

The thermal bridge factor reaches T2 under EU standard.

This is the sixth single order for HOLTOP that amount is over 1 million. HOLTOP is the biggest manufacturer in heat recovery ventilation industry in China. Their employees is 534 and have 24 offices and subsidiaries all over China.
